Hatha Yoga


Hatha Yoga at YOGALAOV is where my personal experience and expertise come together. Having completed a 500-hour training in Hatha Yoga, I guide you through postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) designed to balance your body and mind. Every week, whether in a private session or a group class, I provide a safe space for you to strengthen and stretch your body while calming your mind.


Hatha Yoga is all about creating harmony between effort and relaxation. It’s ideal for both beginners and experienced practitioners, as we work towards enhancing both strength and flexibility, while reducing stress and cultivating inner peace. Through each practice, we find balance and serenity, promoting holistic well-being that you can carry into your daily life.



Yin Yoga


Yin Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice at YOGALAOV, offering you the opportunity to truly unwind. I guide you through long-held postures that focus on deepening flexibility and releasing tension in your body. Each week, whether in a private session or a group class, we emphasize releasing and relaxing, especially the connective tissues and joints.


Yin Yoga is the perfect counterbalance to the fast pace of everyday life—it allows you to gently and mindfully explore your physical boundaries. By holding postures for longer periods, I help you access deeper layers of your body, improving flexibility and reducing muscle and joint discomfort. This practice is ideal for anyone seeking to connect with their inner stillness and embrace the benefits of deep relaxation and healing.
