Gardening Meditation is a unique combination of gardening and mindfulness, where you bring the calm and focus of meditation into the act of working in the garden. This practice allows you to not only enhance your physical health through movement and a deeper connection with nature but also nurtures your mental well-being by fostering tranquility and concentration. It’s a truly meditative experience, grounding you in the present moment and helping you cultivate a sense of inner peace.


At YOGALAOV, our garden spans over 5 hectares of lush land, offering a perfect environment for this practice. Our garden is not just a space for growth—it’s an evolving project that continues to expand with new, exciting possibilities. We are currently in the process of creating a new kitchen garden—a space where we’ll grow fresh, organic produce for use in our wellness offerings and classes. We are also in the process of developing a food forest, designed to provide a sustainable, self-sufficient ecosystem, rich in diverse plant species.


Through Meditative Gardening Workshops, participants engage with the land in a mindful way, allowing the act of planting, pruning, and harvesting to become a form of meditation. The workshop is an opportunity to take a step back from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing you to reconnect with nature and ground yourself.


By working directly with the earth, you can feel the soil beneath your feet, your hands in the dirt, and the rhythm of the natural world around you. The act of cultivating the garden becomes a meditative process, one where you can immerse yourself fully in the moment. The food forest in development will soon be a key feature of our garden, offering a diverse and sustainable ecosystem of edible plants. As this vision continues to grow, we will guide you step-by-step through the process in our gardening workshops, helping you become a part of the creative and mindful cultivation of this unique space.
